Dimech Services is proud of its strong workforce and the many years of experience our employees bring to our business. Many of the employees began their careers with Dimech as apprentices in the plumbing/pipefitting industry through Local 50. As a result, they have been thoroughly trained in the Dimech style: "Do it right and do it right the first time."

At Dimech Services, we are proud to have a core group of employees who have each been with the company for more than 20 years. The combined experience of the longest tenure employees is 188 years. This group is comprised of seven employees, all who have been employed at Dimech for over 20 years. That is an average of more than 26 years of experience in the mechanical industry each!

Our HVACR Services Department employs only qualified and trained technicians. These technicians are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They have many years of experience and are qualified to repair all makes and models of HVACR equipment. In 2008, Dimech Services, Inc. was awarded the prestigious STAR certification from the Mechanical Service Contractors of America. Contractors that achieve MSCA STAR Qualified status belong to an elite group. These contractors have verified that they uphold a strict code of business ethics, employ the best trained and most qualified workforce, maintain a safety record above the industry average, offer outstanding customer service and focus on continuing education and training for all employees. Additional qualifications and certifications held by our HVACR staff include:   

• Licensed for refrigerant reclaiming
• Factory trained for many makes and models of equipment
• UA star certified
• Licensed with the State of Ohio for comfort heating/cooling and refrigeration
• Certified brazers
• MSCA Star Certification

Our Plumbing Services Department has highly qualified employees, all with more than 20 years of plumbing experience each. There are many special qualifications and certifications held by these individuals including:

• DOT trained for gas services
• Certified Gas fusion installation
• Backflow certified
• Med gas certified
• Certified brazers
• UA star certified
• Licensed to do business in both Ohio and Michigan
• Ward flex installation certified
• Licensed master plumber
• MSCA Star Certification

Our Construction Services Staff is comprised of employees with vast knowledge and experience in all types of work. Most of our Construction Services Foremen have more than 20 years of experience in the mechanical services industry and many have been with Dimech for over 20 years. Four of our key construction services foremen have 90 years of combined experience in the industry. Certifications held by these individuals include:

• 30-hour OSHA training as well as an annual 4-hour refresher course
• Drug-free workplace training
• MOST drug-free program
• Hold 40 of 42 possible certifications for welding and piping procedures
• Respiratory fit tested and trained
• Homeland security approved employees
• Licensed to complete work in all cities

Currently, Dimech Services has six associates certified in gas fusion and 10 employees certified to NFPA specifications in medical gas brazing. Both of these services are uncommon among mechanical contractors.
